Supporting Steel Structure

The supporting structure normally used for the installation of Transforma panels consists of galvanized steel (ST02 with Zinc Z275 coating and chromate surface treatment) ā€œCā€ channel members with the description below.

The structure channels are easily measured and cut on site to suit the exact site conditions and requirements; with the support studs pre-grooved for the ease of MEP support requirements.

The supporting structure has a width of at least 100 mm in order to support any required electrical, medical gas, screens or accessories needed to be placed in any specified location of the operation theater. Transforma wall panel installation system allows the customer to customize the wall design upon request; the wall size, thickness, panel distribution, height and location of the accessories is customizable. For the model of double walls (Transforma wall panels from both sides), the process of building the structure will be duplicated for both sides with the freedom of selecting the distance (width/thickness of wall) between structures to support the required infrastructural installations and accessories to be placed inside the wall for a flush mounted finish, noise transmission, x-ray protection or space management in the hospital.
